We are wishing to rent for a very long term (hopefully several years). Therefore, if we could possibly find a house where the rent does not exceed 10,000 baht per month. We are hoping that any house that is perhaps slightly higher than 10,000 baht could possibly be reduced in price, due to our intended long-term stay. However that price can be just 'approximate' depending on what is being offered. We are very particular and conscientious regarding how we take care of our personal property and house. We're incredibly clean, tidy, orderly, and responsible people. Wear and tear on your house would never have to be a concern, as we would maintain consistent upkeep on the house. We live very quietly, we do not have any pets nor kids, we are non-smokers, and we're also friendly people! :) We would treat the house with respect as if it was our own. So that is the reason we wish for a long-term residency...., so for us to feel like it's a 'home', rather than just a house. If you have any availabilities in the coming weeks or months, we would be happy to drive from our house from the south to view the residence.
